Job Title: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager

Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the HR functions within the IT department. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, employee relations support, and recruitment assistance. The HR Executive will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience within the IT department.

Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist in the recruitment process for IT positions, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
    • Prepare onboarding materials and conduct new hire orientation for IT employees.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Provide support to IT employees on HR-related queries and concerns.
    • Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
    • Administer employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Assist in the performance appraisal process for IT employees.
    • Track and maintain performance review records.
  4. HR Administration:
    • Maintain HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave records.
    • Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
  5. Other:
    • Stay up-to-date with HR laws and regulations relevant to the IT industry.
    • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
  • Skills:
    1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
    3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
    4. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
