Job Title: HR Executive

Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the HR functions within the IT department. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, employee relations support, and recruitment assistance. The HR Executive will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience within the IT department.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in the recruitment process for IT positions, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Prepare onboarding materials and conduct new hire orientation for IT employees.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
- Employee Relations:
- Provide support to IT employees on HR-related queries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
- Administer employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
- Performance Management:
- Assist in the performance appraisal process for IT employees.
- Track and maintain performance review records.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain HR records, including employee files, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
- Other:
- Stay up-to-date with HR laws and regulations relevant to the IT industry.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT environment.
- Knowledge: Understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
