What You’ll Do
- Plan, create and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking
- Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for targeted campaigns
- Monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPA, ROAS and CPM
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy and landing pages
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Stay updated with latest Meta and Google Ads algorithm changes
- Coordinate with the design team for high-converting ad creatives
- Support the sales team with performance data and campaign insights
What We Need
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Understanding of Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Familiarity with Google Keyword Planner and keyword research
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of UTM parameters and campaign tracking
- Understanding of key metrics — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC
- Strong communication skills
