Meta & Google Ads Expert

Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM | 5 Days Work Week

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, create and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and conversion tracking
  • Conduct keyword research and audience segmentation for targeted campaigns
  • Monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns for CTR, CPA, ROAS and CPM
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy and landing pages
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)
  • Stay updated with latest Meta and Google Ads algorithm changes
  • Coordinate with the design team for high-converting ad creatives
  • Support the sales team with performance data and campaign insights

What We Need

  • Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Understanding of Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Familiarity with Google Keyword Planner and keyword research
  • Good analytical and reporting skills
  • Knowledge of UTM parameters and campaign tracking
  • Understanding of key metrics — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC
  • Strong communication skills
  • Immediate Joiner preferred
